Following the AGM on the 6th December 2025, the club membership rates have been set to £275 per adult and £50 per junior and are due on or before the 31st March 2026.

1. Review of 2024 minutes were read and agreed as a true record.
2. Treasurers report and Accounts were discussed at some length, members noting a
   slight profit, our treasurer explained the current financial situation which we are in, Ken
   our secretary said that this would be further discussed later in our meeting.
3. Appointment of auditors. Members unanimously agreed that Andrew Lindley of
   Brown Royd would remain as auditors.
4. Agreement of membership fees: Our members discussed at some length as to what
   membership fees for the coming year would have to be, it was unanimously agreed that
   membership be raised to £275 to help towards our ever-increasing running costs. Range
   fee of £1.00 to remain, charged per adult member per visit.
5. Safety manager’s report: Your secretary Ken Sparkes thanked members for using
   our range safely apart from some recent strikes to ceiling. Our claim to an excellent
   safety record must be maintained. All members are reminded of the Elland Rifle and
   Pistol Club Safety rules, which include lead awareness while using the range. Any
   accidents or incidents must be reported to/by the duty Range Officer who shall record
   the details into the Clubs incident log.
6. Competition secretary’s report.
   Ken explained that due to the sad loss of Mr Paul Secker some competitions were lost
   through Richard continues with the running of his. Member Les Robson has offered his
   service in running one of Mr Paul Secker’s competitions We will update members of
   any new changers.
7. Re-election and/ or ratification, election/nominees of committee members. Mr.
   Richard Healey Treasurer Mr. Mike Crabtree committee Mr. Mike Jarvis committee.
   Mr. Chris Carling Fire Officer, agreed unanimously.
8. Matters arising. Thanks were given to Mr Richard Healey & Mr & Mrs Wright for
   all their help and to all our faithful members.
