The club holds regular (quarterly) shoots at Pennine Shooting Sports Association (PSSA) Diggle Ranges.
These events take place on D Range which provides for 100 and 400 yard shooting with 6 firing points under cover.
Directions
From the Diggle Hotel on Station Road, follow the brown sign for Diggle House Farm. This is a narrow single track road with numerous speed bumps along the length. Continue past Marsh Head Farm and Prinny Cottage (beware of speed bumps) and take the next left towards Diggle House Farm and Diggle Shooting Ranges. Again, beware of the speed bumps especially as you proceed through Saddleworth Stables. Pass Millparks Stables and TBC Farm (more speed bumps) after which you will come to the main gate of Diggle Ranges. Once through the gate, continue up the hill towards the club house where there is parking.
For those who have not previously attended, make your way down to D Range (a red flag is likely to be flying and some vehicles parked) as there is no requirement to sign in at the range club house. D Range is a short walk from the car park – continue past the club house metal ramp/steps, down the track towards the reservoir and then follow it to the left.
